Please describe the room configuration/layout.

(Where the room located in the venue, the shape of room, where the stage is located, and where/how people will be seated.) Send photos if possible.

Is there a Green Room for the tech and performers?

What tech set up is available at the venue? Ie. Is there already a PA system?

If yes, is there a mixing board? How many channels if so?

Are there lav & hand held mics available?

What is the earliest time we can get into the venue to set up?

(Min. 1 hour before show time is required for a full set up. Depending on room configuration, we may need more time.)

What is the flow & timing of your event programming? Need to know what guests are doing and what is happening before, during, and after the show.

Are guests eating during the show? Is there a DJ coming on after the show? How much time between turnovers? We need approximately 30 mins to teardown, depending on complexity.
