Season Pass Redemption
Redeeming your vouchers and using your discounts is easy! Follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account
Click HERE to access your online account. Make sure to use the same email address you used when purchasing your Season Pass.
2. Pick your show from the menu below
Tap “Click Here To Book”, then select your preferred date and time.
Opening Night: Thursday, September 24th, 2026
Run: Friday & Saturdays at 7pm
Sept 25th – Oct 30th
Opening Night: Thursday, November 19th, 2026
Run: Fridays & Saturdays at 7pm, Nov 20th – Dec 30th (with additional performances in December)
You will receive an email when these tickets are available for purchase.
Opening Night: TBA, April 2027
Run: Fridays & Saturdays at 7pm, April – June
You will receive an email when these tickets are available for purchase.
Choose any Theatresports™ show from our 2026-27 season programming, up until August 31, 2027.
3. Select your preferred seat(s)
Your voucher allows you to choose any seat in the house. Take your pick!
4. Review your cart
Your voucher and/or 25% off discounts will be automatically applied.
- If discounts aren’t being applied, check that you have selected eligible shows (Guest Productions and Special Shows are exempt from discounts.)
- If you do not want to use your voucher or 25% off discount on a particular order, please contact our box office to book your tickets instead.
5. Complete your order
Complete the checkout process. You will receive an email shortly with your PDF tickets, and we will see you at the theatre!

Season Passholder Discounts & Perks
Enjoy a free bag of popcorn every time you see a show!
Single Passholders save 25% on 6 additional tickets every season, while Duo Passholders save 25% on 10 additional tickets every season. Just ensure you’re logged in, and all eligible tickets in your cart will be discounted automatically, before checkout. Simply add tickets to your cart and go! Please note that Special Shows & Guest Productions are excluded from all discounts.
Use the TIC code provided in your Season Pass purchase confirmation email to access exclusive discounts from ArtsPerks partners.
Frequently Asked Questions
As the owner of a Season Pass, you get free popcorn at every show you attend. We’ll have a voucher waiting for you at the box office when you check in. Give that to bar staff, and they’ll give you a free popcorn!
If you have your tickets under a different account than your email on file, please speak to the box office upon arrival.
Your code is in your original confirmation email you received when you purchased your Season Pass. Having issues finding it? Just email our box office from the email you subscribed with, and we can help you out!
If you have already used your format voucher or hit your maximum of discounted tickets, you will not see a discount on your tickets. Reminder: Special Shows, Guest Productions and Classes are excluded from all Season Pass discounts. If you run into issues with your redemption or discounts, please reach out to our box office before going through the transaction.
Booked into a show and your plans changed? Passholders get free exchanges! Contact us at least 12 hours before your show and we can swap your tickets to another date. If there are no other dates available that work with your calendar, we highly recommend gifting your tickets to a friend, so they don’t go to waste. Simply forward your friend the PDF e-tickets you got when you booked in. Please note that any exchanges cannot be made once your show begins.
Yes! If you want to gift a ticket as a Passholder, you must book the ticket on your account then simply forward the PDF ticket to the person who you wish to gift it to. Please note that the ticket will still be under your name and account and count towards your voucher redemption. Season Passes themselves are non-transferrable once purchased.
The Improv Centre doesn’t offer refunds. If you missed a show in your Season Pass, unfortunately, the voucher is no longer valid and cannot be refunded or transferred to another show. Do make sure to use them!
