How much should I load onto a gift voucher?
What can a gift voucher be used for?
Recipients of gift vouchers can use their pre-purchased amounts towards any of The Improv Centre's tickets, workshops, or classes!
When does a gift voucher expire?
All amounts loaded onto a gift voucher never expire. Use it any time, at your convenience.
How can I give someone a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are available for purchase online or at our box office. All gift vouchers will be delivered via email. You can request to send the voucher directly to your recipient on a specific date with a special message, or have it sent it to yourself to print or forward it at a later date.
How can I redeem my gift voucher?
Once you have added tickets to your cart online and proceeded to checkout, navigate to the section called “Order Summary”, enter your gift voucher code in the box, and press “Redeem Voucher”. If you’d like to redeem your voucher over the phone or in-person, you can bring your code and our box office staff will assist you.
Can I get a refund for my gift voucher?
Can I use my gift voucher to buy items from your concession or bar?
