How much should I load onto a gift certificate?
You can purchase any amount you like! Our average ticket price is $26.50. We recommend loading amounts of $60 or more, to allow the recipient to have their pick of our shows and bring someone along to share in the fun!
What can a gift certificate or class pass be used for?

Recipients of gift certificates and class passes can use their pre-purchased amounts towards any of The Improv Centre's tickets, workshops, or classes!

When does a gift certificate or class pass expire?

All amounts loaded onto a gift certificate or class pass never expire. Use it any time, at your convenience.

How can I give someone a gift certificate or class pass?

Gift certificates and class passes are sent directly to the purchaser, with all redemption info attached. You can forward it to your recipient whenever you’re ready, or print it out for a physical gift! It can be redeemed by the recipient online, over the phone, or at the TIC box office.

How can I redeem my gift certificate or class pass?

You can redeem your gift certificate or class pass online, over the phone, or in person at The Improv Centre box office!

Can I get a refund for my gift certificate or class pass?
All amounts loaded onto a gift certificate or class pass are non-refundable. But remember, these values don't expire!
Can I use my gift certificate or class pass to buy items from your concession or bar?
Amounts loaded onto gift certificates or class passes cannot be used at our concession or bar. Our bar accepts debit, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments.
